Every member walks the same path — from the first pitch to a livelihood that lasts. Here’s how it works.
Learn, grow & make the pitch.
It starts with your gift. You learn how the business works, create real value, and earn the chance to pitch the thing you want to build. No résumés, no gatekeeping — just what you’re good at, and where you want to take it.
Sweat equity.
Before any money is on the line, you put in the work — a minimum of ten hours a week — building your idea and hitting the milestones we set together. You help build it before you get the keys — that’s how you prove your idea and earn your place.
The salary trigger.
Once you hit your targets, the organization unlocks a real salary — pay that grows as the cooperative grows. The financial risk was ours to carry; the craft was always yours. Your path is written into your agreement, so you always know exactly where you stand.
Build your gift into a career.
You bring your gift and your hours — a minimum of ten a week — and put in real sweat equity before a dollar is on the line. You prove your idea, hit your milestones, and earn your place. What you never do is risk your own money. That risk is ours to carry.
As the cooperative grows, so does your pay. What begins as unpaid effort becomes a real salary and a livelihood built to last — every step written into your agreement, so you always know exactly where you stand.
